Agreement to Terms
By using our services, you agree to these terms. BMC La Mirada Roofer provides professional roofing services to residential and commercial customers in La Mirada, CA and surrounding areas. When you hire us for a project, you agree to work with us in good faith and follow these guidelines.
Services Provided
We offer a range of roofing services including repairs, replacements, installations, inspections, and emergency services. Each project begins with a free quote. Once you accept our estimate, we will schedule the work at a mutually convenient time.
All work is performed by licensed and insured professionals. We use quality materials from trusted suppliers and follow industry best practices. Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities.
Quotes and Pricing
We provide free, no-obligation quotes for all services. Our quotes are based on an assessment of your roof and the scope of work needed. Final pricing may vary if we discover additional issues during the project. We will always inform you of any changes before proceeding with extra work.
Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
Scheduling and Delays
We do our best to complete projects on schedule. However, weather conditions, material availability, and unforeseen complications can cause delays. We will keep you informed if the timeline changes and work with you to minimize any inconvenience.
If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice when possible. Last-minute cancellations may result in rescheduling fees.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work. Most services come with a workmanship warranty, and materials are covered by manufacturer warranties. Specific warranty terms are included in your service agreement.
Warranties do not cover damage from severe weather events, improper maintenance, or modifications made by other contractors after our work is complete.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe access to your property for our crew and equipment. Please clear the work area of vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other items before we arrive. We take precautions to protect your property, but you should secure or move any valuable or fragile items near the work zone.
Our team follows strict safety protocols. We ask that you keep children and pets away from the work area during the project.
Insurance and Liability
BMC La Mirada Roofer carries general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your property or issues that arise from work performed by other contractors. If you have concerns about liability, please discuss them with us before work begins.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a problem with our work, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve any issues fairly and promptly. Most disputes can be settled through direct communication. If we cannot reach an agreement, we will use mediation or arbitration as outlined in your service agreement.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
